About Us
Rick’s Accounting Plus was founded in 1992 in Boston Massachusetts by Rick Hall after helping friends and family members with their individual tax returns.
This former Marine relocated to Southern California in 2000 where he continues his education to stay apprised of Accounting rules/practices and tax laws.
